Who runs this site, why it exists, and its relationship to transferbnb.com.
Alps by train is run by Green Wire Media, the company that also runs transferbnb.com, a private airport transfer marketplace for the Alps. We built this site because the question "can I get there by train" deserves a straight answer, and the straight answer is often yes.
Where the train does not get you to the door, we say so, and we say what does: the bus, the cable car, or a transfer. When we link to a transfer route, the link is ours and it says so beside the link. Nothing on this site is a paid placement.
