How we check
Every station row is read from the operator's own page, dated and linked. What a blank means, when we re-check, and how the verdict will be computed.
One source per row
Every destination row on a station page carries the URL we read and the date we read it. Where the operator publishes no figure, the row says "not published", which is a finding, not a blank we forgot to fill.
Times are typical, not a timetable
We print a typical duration for a leg and a typical winter frequency. We do not reproduce timetables, and every figure expires at the timetable change on 13 December 2026, after which every station is re-read.
No fares
Train fares move by the hour. We never print one. Every station and line page links to the operator's own booking page instead.
Journey verdicts
From November 2026 each journey page carries a verdict: door, bus, shuttle or transfer. It is computed from a weekly public-transport routing run at build time plus the station rows, and the page shows the date of the run it is based on. A verdict older than two weeks says so.
When we re-check
Weekly for routing, monthly for source pages and season dates, and by hand every October and January for last departures.
The map
The network diagram is drawn by hand as a schematic. Straight lines and simplified calling points; the journey pages, coming in November 2026, will list the real ones.
